Refund Policy

MightyMouse sells prepaid credits used to run AI requests on our metered key. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Unused credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not yet spent it, you may request a refund of the unused balance within 14 days of purchase. We refund the remaining unused credits to your original payment method.

Spent credits

Credits already consumed to run requests are non-refundable, since the underlying model cost has been incurred.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a failed request that still deducted credits, or a metering mistake — contact us and we will investigate and credit or refund you in full.

How to request

Email hello@techguyverlabs.org with the email on your account and the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
