Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of MightyMouse (the “App”), a desktop application operated by Techguyver Labs (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
MightyMouse lets you send selected text, files, and screen captures to AI models to receive rewrites, answers, and actions. You may use your own AI provider login (free) or purchase prepaid credits to run requests on our metered key.
2. Accounts
Some features require signing in with an email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
3. Credits and payment
- Credits are prepaid and purchased in packs via our payment processor, Stripe.
- Each request you run on our key deducts credits based on the real upstream model cost plus a service margin.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire while your account is active.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate harmful or abusive content, or attempt to bypass usage metering, rate limits, or security controls.
5. Third-party models
Requests are processed by third-party AI providers. Their handling of content is governed by their own terms. We pass your input to the chosen provider and return the result; we do not sell your content.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review it before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
